The MELAjet® spray gun is an indispensable tool for thoroughly and effectively rinsing surgical instruments after they have been manually disinfected and cleaned. Before the instruments enter the machine processing or sterilization, it is crucial that they are rinsed with demineralized water to remove any cleaning agent and disinfectant residue. With the MELAjet® spray gun, users can efficiently rinse off cleaning and disinfection agents, as it offers both a spot jet and a hollow-cone jet. This enables targeted and thorough cleaning of the instruments. Thanks to the modular spray tube, various adapters for Luer-Lock or hose connections can be easily connected to the MELAtherm® 10, allowing the instruments to be easily rinsed. The spray gun has a maximum flow rate of 0.9 liters per minute at a pressure of 3 bar and can be adjusted for a water pressure of 2 to 10 bar. With a length of about 32 cm and a 1.5 m long hose, it offers comfortable handling, while its low weight of only 0.45 kg makes it even easier to use. The MELAjet® is connected directly to the MELAdem® 40 or 53 water treatment system, which allows for convenient removal of demineralized water for various applications.
