WaterJel® Compress by Water Jel is a gel compress that is ideal for treating burn injuries. You conduct the heat from the injury directly into the gel, which then releases the excess heat into the surrounding air. The gel compress is ready to use immediately, which saves important time. It immediately relieves pain and cools the burn. WaterJel® compresses are non-sticky and support healing due to the hyaluronic acid they contain. Water-Jel consists of 96% demineralised water in gel form and also contains tea tree oil as a bacteria-inhibiting ingredient. It does not stick to the wound and can be rinsed off without any problems.
