The Contour NEXT set provides the accurate and easy-to-use blood glucose monitoring you need for reliable blood glucose control. The Contour NEXT system's innovative smartLIGHT® color signal helps you to interpret your blood glucose readings quickly and easily. The color coding allows you to see immediately whether your values are above, within or below your target range: Yellow indicates values above the target range, green indicates that the values are within the target range, and red indicates that the values are below the target range. This visual feedback makes it easier for you to understand your blood glucose levels at a glance and take appropriate action. The Contour NEXT system offers exceptional measurement accuracy and is designed to deliver precise results even when the sensor is only partially filled. A unique feature is the intelligent refill option. If you have not applied enough blood to the sensor, a 60-second countdown shows how long you have left to refill the sensor. This means that you can continue to use the same sensor without having to insert a new one. This feature ensures that you get accurate readings, even if you draw a little too little blood. With a memory for up to 800 readings and a fast measurement time of just 5 seconds, the Contour NEXT meter is both reliable and time-saving. The measuring range extends from 0.6 to 33.3 mmol/l (10 to 600 mg/dl), giving you the flexibility to take all the readings you need. The device works reliably at temperatures from 5 to 45 °C and has compact dimensions of 78.5 x 56 x 18 mm with a weight of only 53 g.
